Ceremony conditions
All ceremonies performed by Vale Ceremonies and its agents are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Subject to the conditions as set out in 2 Vale Ceremonies will endeavour to design, develop and present ceremonies in the manner and in the form requested by the Customer. Vale Ceremonies and its agents have an unconditional right in its sole discretion to not accept any arrangement with a client for ceremonial services or any other material for publication, distribution or presentation without giving any reason therefore.
2. Vale Ceremonies reserves the right and the Customer authorises Vale Ceremonies: 2.1 not to present a ceremony;
2.2 to add to, delete from or otherwise revise, amend or vary any ceremony;
2.3 to classify or re-classify any ceremony as it thinks fit;
2.4 to publish via any means any image or ceremony on any display presentation including the internet without notice and without giving any reason therefore.
3. Vale Ceremonies will be under no liability whatsoever where it exercises any one or more of its rights under condition 2 or where, by error or omission, it takes action which is consistent with its rights under condition.
2. Except where the Vale Ceremonies does not present a ceremony any such exercise or action will not detract from or otherwise affect the obligation of the Customer to pay for presentation of the item in question.
4. Verbal bookings must be confirmed by payment of 25% of the full fee upon the first meeting. No responsibility is accepted for any error or omission in information received by telephone.
5. The Customer will indemnify and keep indemnified Vale Ceremonies, its related corporations and its and their respective employees and agents from and against all actions, claims, demands, damages, losses, costs and expenses which may arise from bookings placed by the Customer with Vale Ceremonies and without limiting the generality of the foregoing will indemnify and keep indemnified each of them in relation to defamation, slander of title, breach of copyright, infringement of trade mark or names or program titles, unfair competition or trade practices, royalties or violation of rights of privacy and the Customer warrants that the content of its supplied information will comply with all relevant laws and regulations and that said information will not give rise to any rights against or liabilities in Vale Ceremonies or its related corporations or its or their respective servants or agents.
6. The Customer will have no claim against Vale Ceremonies or its employees or agents as a result of the making of any representations (oral or written) by any of them which are inconsistent with these conditions.
7. Fees shall be charged according to those applicable at the date of lodgement of the NOIM documentation.
Vale Ceremonies or any Customer may at any time and without notice cancel a booking. If the booking shall be cancelled by the Customer, the Customer shall pay for all past ceremony development at the rate applying to the relevant ceremony. Ceremonies cancelled following the first meeting between Vale Ceremonies and the Customer shall incur full payment of the deposit fee. Ceremonies cancelled following the second meeting between Vale Ceremonies and the Customer shall incur a full payment cancelation fee. Orders are accepted subject to the condition that adjustments, i.e., rebate or debit, will be made on the basis of the scale rate for the time applicable to the amount of work done on the respective ceremony.
8. In these conditions the expression “Customer” will include any person paying fees to Vale Ceremonies by a third party.
Credit terms
The granting of credit facilities is at the sole discretion of Vale Ceremonies who at all times reserve the right to refuse to grant credit facilities.
Where credit facilities are approved, they are subject to the terms and conditions as set out in the Credit Application and the Vale Ceremonies Conditions.
Any credit facility approved by Vale Ceremonies may be increased, decreased, suspended or cancelled at any time by Vale Ceremonies entirely at its discretion and without prior notice.
Errors and Adjustments
Information is accepted subject to the approval of Vale Ceremonies. Vale Ceremonies shall be under no liability whatsoever for any error for which Vale Ceremonies may be responsible in any ceremony beyond the cost of the respective event.
STATEMENT REGARDING PRIVACY POLICY
Vale Ceremonies recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of personally identifiable information collected about our customers. For the purposes of this Privacy Statement, the word customers includes visitors to our web sites, subscribers to and users of our services, purchasers of our products and advertising customers. We are bound by the Marriage Act 1961 Act No. 12 of 1961 as amended in relation to the handling of personal information.
Personal Information
We collect personal information when we provide our services to you. Generally we will tell you why we are collecting information when we collect it and how we plan to use it or these things will be obvious when we collect the information. We usually collect personal information directly from you although sometimes we may use agents or service providers to do this for us. We may also acquire lists from other sources, both from other companies and from other public documents.
Use of Information
We collect personal information such as your name, address, telephone number, employment details, birth details and in some instances, your passport details. When you are online, we collect information regarding the pages within our network which you visit and what you click on. As a general rule we do not collect sensitive information. However, if we do, it will usually be for the purposes of providing our goods or services and if the law requires us to, we will seek your consent to collect it.
We use your information to provide our services to you, to fulfil administrative functions associated with these services, for example billing, to enter into contracts with you or third parties and for marketing and client relationship purposes. We may also use your personally identifiable information to assist us in improving our products and services and any of us might be in touch to let you know about goods, services, or promotions which may interest you.
Use by Third Parties
Vale Ceremonies will not disclose your information to its service providers and contractors or any third party unless required to do saw by law. We may collect certain non-personal information to optimise our goods and services including our Web pages for your computer (e.g., the identity of your Internet browser, the type of operating system you use, your IP address and the domain name of your Internet service provider). We may use such non-personal information for internal purposes, including but not limited to improving the content of our sites.
Vale Ceremonies may use personally identifiable information in aggregate form to improve our goods and services including our Web sites and make them more responsive to the needs of our customers. This statistical compilation and analysis of information may also be used by Vale Ceremonies or provided to others as a summary report for marketing, advertising or research purposes.

Vale Ceremonies strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personally identifiable information of our customers. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorised use or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.

Public Information
Any information posted on bulletin boards and/or communicated in chat areas becomes public information.
While Vale Ceremonies strives to protect and respect your privacy, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose in a chat room or bulletin board.
Cookies
Cookies are data that a Web site transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record keeping purposes. Cookies can facilitate a user’s ongoing access to and use of a site. They allow us to track usage patterns and to compile data that can help us improve our content and target advertising. But you should note that Cookies may be necessary to provide you with features such as merchandise transactions or registered services.

Vale Ceremonies may establish relationships with business partners that allow visitors to our Internet sites to link directly to sites operated by these partners. Some of these sites may be “co-branded” with our logo; however, these sites may not be operated or maintained by or on our behalf. These sites may collect personal information from you that may be shared with us. The Privacy Statement will apply to any personal information we obtain in this manner.
Vale Ceremonies is not responsible for the content or practices of Web sites operated by third parties that are linked to our sites. These links are meant for the user’s convenience only. Links to third party sites do not constitute sponsorship, endorsement or approval by Vale Ceremonies of the content, policies or practices of those third party sites. Once you have left our site via such a link, you should check the applicable privacy policy of the third party site.
What else you should know about privacy on the Internet
Remember to close your browser when you have finished your user session. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet café. You as an individual are responsible for the security of and access to your own computer.
Whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information over the Internet that this information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information in publicly accessible online forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your user name and passwords and any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are using the Internet.
